Apply for EFSP Funds, Deadline Jan. 7

The Federal government is expected to make almost $5 million in Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) grants available to nonprofit organizations and local government agencies in Chicago and suburban Cook and DuPage counties.  United Way is the local administrator of EFSP food and shelter dollars which are made available yearly to supplement local emergency food and shelter programs in the region.
